To sign up for a spot:
(1) Go to www.google.com/calendar
(2) Login to Birmingham Clinic’s google account
** Please attend an orientation session or contact a coordinator for access **
(3) Click on an Open Slot and select Edit event
(4) Fill in your name and year under "title" but please keep SALUD in the title
(5) Make sure to enter your e-mail address and phone number under "description"
(6) On the menu bar on the top, click Save
If you need to remove yourself from the schedule, you must find a replacement, and then e-mail the coordinators with the switch instead of making the changes yourself.

If you wish to check for cancellations (usually due to weather), call 412-692-4706 an hour and a half before the clinic opens to speak to a staff member or listen to a message.
If you are unable to make it to the clinic at the last minute (due to an emergency, car problems, sickness, etc.), please call the clinic no more than half an hour before it opens at 412-481-7900, extension 281.
