 Abroad Experiences

Use the opportunities listed below as a starting point in your search for opportunities to continue your medical education abroad.  Summer experiences refer to 4-10 week experiences during the summer after MSI, and involve basic science and clinical research, volunteer programs, shadowing opportunities, etc.  These projects can often be incorporated into the Scholarly ProjectYear off experiences list programs students have previously participated in when taking off a year between MS II and MS III or MS III and MS IV.  With Third and Fourth year rotations , students have three away rotations that can be spent at hospitals within the US or abroad, and we included previously established programs in the links.  Please bring any additional resources to the attention of a GHIG officer.
