Overview of The Zone

Brief Overview of The Zone

The Zone was conceived by medical students and developed by a team of dedicated students, faculty and administrators at the University of Pittsburgh to provide centralized access to the various online resources used by medical students on a regular basis.

The Zone is an active and growing resource which will continue to evolve as student needs change. The management of The Zone is through the SEC Technology Committee and the Lab for Educational Technology. The Zone Development Committee, which consists of representatives of the SOM offices and students oversees this website. Students should work with their SEC Technology Committee members to participate in the growth of this resource.
